As we promise you to supply the products on time, sometimes delay could happen when unwanted situation arises. That’s why please study our delivery policy to know about certain terms and conditions attached with the doorstep delivery. These terms and conditions are described below:

We always use best of our resources to ensure a timely and correct order delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for the delay of order shipment or delivery which is not under our control.

Usually, we ship orders within 24 to 48 hours and your order will reach you within 21 business days. But, if the order is to be dispatched from any other facility, it might take more time than what is expected.

If we come to know that we don’t deliver in your location, you will have to provide us an alternate address where the medicine could be delivered easily.

After ordering, if you want to change your delivery address, notify us immediately so that we could process your request while the order is being packed or yet to dispatch.

We will leave a notification card at your door if we don’t find any person at the given address to collect your order and then a second attempt will be made. If all these attempts fails, the order would stand void and you will be asked to pay for the whole incurred cost for that particular order.

Under certain conditions, if you don’t remain present at the delivery address to receive the order, convince an adult above 18 years of age to receive the medicines. Our representative will verify his identity and age proof at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to withhold the order delivery if the customer remains unable to prove his identification or credit worthiness at the time of delivery.

All medicines will be delivered between Monday to Friday only.
